However it's a little more difficult for a vegetarian to reach the desired amount than it is for a meat eater. We as humans construct animal proteins in our bodies because that's what we are. If we eat meat (animal proteins) we've a very high chance of getting adequate amounts of essential amino acids.
I'm not a dietician and proteins in vegetables is not my strongest subject but here's the thing, if you spend a little time looking at food labels it will become a little more clear. I'm also going to write about Net Protein Utilisation in the next week or two which will really help vegetarians on protein intake.
For now I would suggest eating 2-3 good sourced proteins at you big meals, this will help ensure you get the essential aminos and also that you can construct good muscle proteins.
I hope this help!

NeilAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00317428006363751388noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8497971705827116748.post-28201456574957387492012-11-26T00:59:07.305-08:002012-11-26T00:59:07.305-08:00Do you know of any good vegetarian sources that ca...Do you know of any good vegetarian sources that carry these essential proteins?Forest Parkshttp://regularrunner.comnoreply@blogger.com
